
13,500 acres the government is making the following arrangements: Industries and IT Minister KTR issued order documents for the allotment of land to Triton for vehicles manufactured by Triton. The American company Triton is setting up an electric vehicle manufacturing industry in the state with Rs. 2100 crore. For this, the state government has allotted 150 acres to the National Investment and Manufacturing Council (NISK) at Zaheerabad. Himanshi Patel, founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of the organisation, gave the award at Pragati Bhavan on Thursday. Triton India Division Head Mohammad Mansur and Co-President Akbar Rasheed participated in this meeting.
Minister KTR said that the land will be handed over to the organisation very soon and that all assistance will be provided for the establishment of the industry. Triton is of great interest to the industry. He said that he was waiting. Himanshi revealed that the work will start immediately after the land is handed over. He stated that the location of Zaheerabad is fully suitable for their industry and will emerge as a hub for heavy electric vehicles in the future.
The Telangana government signed an MOU with Triton on June 24. The company said on the occasion that it will set up an industry with an investment of Rs. 2,100 crore and provide employment to 25,000 people. In the first five years, more than 50 thousand sedans, luxury cars, and other electric vehicles will be manufactured. A delegation of the organisation visited the lands allotted to Zaheerabad Triton on Wednesday in a helicopter provided by the government.”
